Getting Started for School Users
Welcome to our school application for OneSchoolBus! Here you will find guides on how to use OSB as a school user. It provides step-by-step instructions for users to effectively navigate and utilize the OSB system, covering topics from initial access requests to specific operational tasks.
Head over to OSB School Application on your desktop to begin using the application.
Logging in using MIMS
- Click the Login button to proceed.
- You will be brought to the MIMS Login Page where you can enter your MIMS login credentials and click Sign in.
The following personnel should have default access to OSB (by MIMS from Nov ‘22):
- Vice Principal (Administration)
- School Admin Manager
- School Admin Executive
- School Operations Manager
Note: If you receive an error message like “You do not have permissions to access the school bus application” (as shown above), you will need to request access from the MIMS dashboard. You may click on the link to the left to request access to OSB.

Upon successful login, you will be redirected to the OSB students page for your school.
